  • My advanced training is in prenatal and postpartum massage. But I will also see women who are trying to conceive with fertility massage. Please get your doctors consent if you are undergoing IVF with a medical clinic.

I also offer therapeutic massage to women wherever they are in motherhood whether their kids are older and need essential self-care or they’re overcoming hormone imbalance, menopause or auto-immune struggles. Every woman can receive my services.

  • I will work with your spouse or significant other! I currently only see men if they are referred to me by another practitioner or by their significant other.

  • No. I do not take cash payments. Cash is really hard to track for my bookkeeping purposes and taxes as a small business owner.

  • No! You can receive a massage at any stage in your pregnancy!

Massage is safe at any stage in a healthy pregnancy and can help improve relaxation, decrease stress, improve circulation, and overall help aid in a healthy birth!

Ask me any questions or concerns you have at your appointment! My main goal is for you to be comfortable and relieve your pain and discomfort in your journey of motherhood!

  • No. Massage during a healthy pregnancy is not dangerous. Massage can actually support a healthy pregnancy but does not in fact induce labor or cause miscarriage. In Fact ACOG does not list massage as a risk in pregnancy, but says it’s a great alternative to relax and calm the nervous system!

There are many benefits to massage during pregnancy! Read about it here!

  • No, you do not need a note from your doctor or midwife, unless you have a high-risk pregnancy or other health contraindications to receiving massage.

  • I recommend:

Every 3-4 weeks up to 27 weeks

Every 2 weeks up to 36 weeks

Weekly from 36 weeks up to giving birth

This is the most optimal for receiving benefits before giving birth!

  • Because self-care is IMPORTANT! The first several days after bringing a new-born home can be intense. You can feel like a completely different woman trying to come back to a new reality and sense of homeostasis in your body. To take the best care of others you need to take care of yourself first!

I highly recommend beginning postpartum massage visits within 10 days after giving birth. Then every week for the next 16 weeks postpartum. It will CHANGE YOUR LIFE. You will be a happier momma!

  • Sure! The main goal is your self-care and relaxation but if your babysitter bailed on you you're welcome to bring your baby in their car seat or stroller, or even a small pack and play if you need to.

I do not have a child-safe space or childcare for toddlers or older kids so accommodations must be made for them. Another adult is welcome to come along and sit with them in the lobby.

  • Only during the first trimester. After that I will have you lie on a bed wedge in a semi-reclined position to support your head, neck, and back.

This helps avoid the uterus from putting pressure on the vein that allows blood to flow from the legs to the heart!

  • Foot massage WILL NOT INDUCE LABOR. Nor will it cause miscarriage.

Many massage therapists and massage establishments carry on this myth. But think about it. If foot massage could induce labor you would have every woman who is 40 weeks pregnant and beyond lined up for a good deep foot massage to have their baby!

According to the American College of Gynecology and Obstetrics the list of known causes for miscarriage does NOT include foot massage.

  • I use certified organic essential oils, vegan organic massage cream and cold pressed vitamin E oil, castor oil, and Jojoba oil depending on the type of session and your preference!

Let’s prepare your body for an optimal pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience!
